Dear Student,
 
You are applying for an educational scholarship from funds that have been donated by the public to assist students residing and studying in Israel.
 
This application will go before a committee consisting of representatives of the Southern African community in Israel.
 
All information supplied in this application will be handled with discretion.
 
Herewith are Application Forms for downloading and we draw your attention to the following:

Who is eligible to apply ?
 
·         The form MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL (INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED).
·         The final date for acceptance is 15th September 2010
·         Applications may only be made for post high school studies
·         If you are being enrolled for the first time at an Institute of Higher Learning, a REPORT from your
          Headmaster or Class    teacher, and/or your “BAGRUT” CERTIFICATE must be submitted.
·         Assistance is granted for ONE ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY, but may be renewed upon proof of the previous year's work.
·         Applicants should enclose PHOTOCOPIES of official documents, as per our attached list and return same to our office 
          together with the Application Form.
·         Please attach a short letter explaining a little about yourself and why you feel you should be granted a scholarship.
