 The Process:
-   The candidate is interviewed by an Aliyah representative
-   A report is sent to Israel

-  A telephone/personal interview is arranged with the Project Director
Important: the choice of Kibbutz is at the discretion of the Project Director
 - On arrival at the airport you will  be taken by a driver to the kibbutz free of
charge
- A few days after arriving on the kibbutz the oleh signs a rental agreement with the Kibbutz.
- This agreement contains information regarding the obligations of both sides (the oleh and the kibbutz) and all the charges the oleh will pay for services such as rent, utilities, etc.
Important: The agreement is for six months, with an option to extend it for up to a year.
- Once all the formalities are arranged, the olim begin their studies at an Ulpan.
-  Every kibbutz has a clinic operated by qualified nurses.
Very Important: The olim who choose this absorption project are asked to sign
up at the "Klalit" sick fund. Visits to consultants are at regional or city clinics.

-    Every Kibbutz has a mini-market/grocery store where daily necessities,
including food products, can be purchased.
-   Apartments are equipped with a refrigerator and a stove.  Some kibbutzim have an active dining-room with reasonably priced breakfast and lunch.
-   Laundry: all the kibbutzim have laundry service at additional charge (usually 5-6 shekels per kg)
-   Most kibbutzim have a swimming pool, and permission to use it is included in
   the price of rent.
-    After completing the ulpan there are several options, such as retraining for a career change or searching for a job.
-    In nearly all the kibbutzim there are industrial plants, which in many cases employ olim participating in the project. When this option is unavailable, the absorption coordinator assists each oleh in job search.
-   The oleh may extend the rental agreement until the end of the first year with the same conditions.

Costs:
1. Monthly rent: a furnished studio with a small kitchen and private bathroom 650-750 Shekels per month depending on the kibbutz including water, electricity, taxes, gas.
There is an option of sharing the apartment for two participants, mainly for friends who come together.
2. Additional services - internet, cable TV and phone line (Internet - 40 Shek a month, cable TV - 60 shek a month, phone line 45 shek. a month) are available at additional charge.
