English speaking Aliyah Garin to Ma'aleh Adumim

Shalom to all potential Olim!
I have been taking around many families on pilot trips, many who are young families with babies or very small children.
Although many people prefer to move into the older areas of Ma'aleh Adumim where there are many English speaking families, I thought that this could be an opportunity for a group of 10 young families to move together into the newer area of Nofei HaSela and create a "garin" which would be strengthened each year by more ENglish speaking olim.

The area of Nofei HaSela or commonly called 07 is a beautiful newer area with very modern apartments-state of the art kitchens, bathrooms, tiles, etc which has many selling points....
 
1. There is a very friendly Ashkenazi shul with a group of English speakers already. Another Ashkenazi shul is being built.There are a number of welcoming Sephardi shuls as well and a mikveh.
2. There are brand new religious and torani ganim
3. There is a new religious elementary school in the neighborhood as well as the Torani elementary schools-Maale HaTorah Banim and Maale HaTorah Banot at the very beginning of the new area.
4. The girls religious jr high school and high school is also at the beginning of this area.
5. Bus service is good and there is an exit to the city from this area without going through the rest of MA. Jerusalem is a 20-30 bus ride away.
6. There is currently one shopping area and a big outdoor mall will begin shortly to be built
7. There are about 50 other ENglish speaking families living in the neighborhood already
8. The local non-religious school is a TALI school ( like a solomon shecter school)
9. Nofei Sela is a short ride away from the Industrial park which houses 2 big supermarkets, a bowling alley, outlets, and employment possibilities
10. The population of Nofei HaSela is younger than the older parts of the city and the young Israeli families who live there for the most part speak English and are very welcoming.
11. There are tons of well-kept playgrounds for the younger set.
12. There are plenty of rentals within walking distance of each other.
