Looking to purchase or to invest in a new home in Israel?
Submitted by admin on Thu, 12/03/2009 - 10:13.
February 2010 marked the end of an era - the last flat was sold in the Dimri project - Modi'in. Out of the 430 apartments available in the 9 building complex, over 100 were sold to Southern Africans at significant discounts, as a part of the now famous "Telfed Modi'in Project". Modiín now joins the Telfed hall of fame together with Efrat, Kochav Yair, Manof and Tzur Yigal, to name but a few of the highly successful Telfed building ventures.
Telfed is always on the look out for reasonably priced, high quality housing for new and veteran Southern African Olim. Following the tremendous success of our Modi'in project, we turned our eyes to the northern centre of the country, to a city that is undergoing tremendous change - Hadera. The Israeli economic newspaper, Calcalist, published a major article describing the massive planned development of the town of Hadera. This includes 18,000 housing units, 1400 hotel rooms and a large industrial park.
After investigating a number of alternatives, a new building project by the well known "Neot Chen" group called Merom Ha'Park, was chosen by Telfed. Situated in eastern Hadera, the two elegant towers called "Hod" and "Hadar", have a scenic view of the Carmel mountains to the north and a planned 30 hectare park is just across the road to the south. The Merom Ha'Park project is in close proximity to schools, Shuls, shopping centres and the municipal country club.
As in the case of Modi'in, Telfed brokered special prices for Southern Africans. Prices start at 699,000 Shekels for a 3 room flat. 4 and 5 room flats, garden apartments and penthouses are also available. The "Hod" building has been set aside especially for purchasers via Telfed. To date more than half of the "Hod" building has already been sold to Southern Africans.
A personal representative, Barry Scop, has been assigned by Re/Max Hadera to guide Southern Africans through every step of the process, including tours of the site and financing options. Barry can be contacted via email on park@neot-chen.com, tel: +972-4-626-7008 or cell +972-54-423-1586.
Calcalist predicts that those who purchase in the development stage of Hadera will see a significant growth in their investment over a short period of time. Don't miss the opportunity! Contact Barry as soon as possible! We are looking forward to soon welcoming you to your new home in Hadera.
Netanya: in the Eastern part of the city, within walking distance of the Netanya Academic College and a beautiful JNF forest. Prices start at 950,000 Shekels for 4 rooms. 5 room apartments and penthouses are also available.
If either of these projects appeal to you, then please inform Dorron Kline at Telfed via email: dorron@telfed.org.il or call 09-790-7818.
