The Essence of Quality of Life,in a Community based on Strong Values, Surrounded by Natural Beauty.
Beside Cramim forest reserve, looking out on the vast sprawling views of the Northern Negev, is the location for the newest Negev community Carmit. This new community is planned especially to absorb families from Israel and abroad, new immigrants and native Israelis, both secular and religious; to create a strong social net, rich in culture and orientated in education and community values.

Carmit is planned to house more than 2,500 families. Together with its neighboring communities, Carmit puts the Northern Negev on the map as one of the most sought out residential areas in Israel.

Location
Set in the most prized section of the Northern Negev, a 1 minute drive from the Highway 6 interchange planned at Shoket junction, 15 minutes from Be'er Sheva and an hour from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem; Carmit is the perfect mix between open space, community living and quality of life.
This unique location at the intersections of route 60 and 31 and very close to route 6, promises easy accessibility to the entire Negev, Jerusalem and Central Israel, all at an affordable price.
