A mother of an 8 year old new Oleh child wrote:

“I don’t have the words to describe how excited I was when Telfed told me that my son Yoni would take part in their PRAS programme.

I remember the first meeting between Shaun, the PRAS student, and my son…Shaun arrived with a big smile, which immediately put us at ease. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone so patient and positive after our stressful first months of Aliyah. He sat with Yoni, helped him with all his Hebrew subjects and contributed not only to his confidence with Hebrew, but to his self esteem in general. Not knowing the language, I felt helpless when I tried to assist my son with his homework. Thank you Telfed from the bottom of my heart for this great opportunity.” (July 2010)
