Rishon LeZion and Rehovot Regional Committee

The Rishon Letzion/Rehovot Regional Committee, held there second get-together at Yad Sarah in Rishon on the 11th of June 2009, Our Guest speaker Dan Shaham Head of the South African Desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs discussed to what effect South Africa's new President "Jacob Zuma" would have on South African Jewry and Israel-South African Relations.
 

1) He discussed the Political Relationship between South Africa/Israel.
2) Economic growth between the two countries.
3) The situation on crime.
4) How Israel can give Aid to South African relations in many different ways between South
   African and Israeli Jewry.

Mr. Sidney Shapiro Director of Telfed then gave  a talk on Telfed's achivements. After which we formed a Telfed Regional Committee.
