S.A. Jewish Community leadership addresses Telfed

Two of South Africa's main Jewish community leaders, chairman of the South African Jewish Board of Deputies Zeev Krengel and chairman of the South African Zionist Federation Avrom Krengel recently addressed a packed hall organised by Telfed.  The former gave a wide ranging talk on the relationship between the Jewish Community the South African Government and its leadership since the end of Apartheid. Avrom Krengel focused on the recent fallout from Judge Richard Goldstone's participation in his grandson's barmitzvah against the background of the controversial report published by Goldstone on the conflict in Gaza.  The two brothers have held their respective positions for several years and are well known in S.Africa for their contribution to community affairs.
