The Telfed Aliyah Projects Committee

The Telfed Aliyah Projects Committee is chaired by Teddy Saitowitz, who with a team of volunteers and Telfed professional staff, identify, investigate and develop opportunities for Olim in the fields of:

· long and short term housing for various age groups,
· absorption programmes e.g. communal and Bayit Rishon Be'Moledet Kibbutz absorption,
· employment,
· business opportunities and investments,
· Olim benefits and privileges,
· Pilot Tours, Solidarity Tours & Garinei Aliyah,
· preparation of Shlichim before their departure to South Africa and contact with the Shlichim in the field,
· surveys to gauge the needs of Olim.

Our aim is to ensure successful and smooth absorption of Southern African Olim,

in increasing numbers.
