Update on Telfed's Hadera building project

Since the establishment of the State of Israel, Telfed, the South African Zionist Federation (Israel) has helped to facilitate and introduce many Southern Africans to successful housing projects such as Efrat, Kochav Yair, Manof, Modiin, Tsur Yigal and now Hadera. For a limited time only, "Neot Chen" a well known contractor in Israel who has built for both the private and government sectors, has agreed to offer special conditions and prices for housing units in Hadera, to purchasers referred to him by Telfed. So far 28 apartments out of 41 have been sold and continued interest remains high.

Please find attached a picture of the preliminary model of the building, together with a photograph of the site in Beit Eliezer, just outside Hadera, where the proposed building project for Southern Africans is to be constructed.

The exact venue and price are under investigation and negotiation. We expect the price to start from around the 700,000 – 750,000 Shekel mark for a 4 room apartment.

The potential in Hadera is very real! The Israeli economic newspaper, Calcalist, just published a major article describing the massive planned development of the town of Hadera. We will be happy to inform you of our progress as the Telfed project moves forward and hope that depending on the eventual response from potential purchasers, the opportunity to purchase an apartment in an "up-and-coming" area and at an excellent price will speedily become a reality.
