Yizreel Rugby Team wins Cup

As a result of this privilege that has been bestowed upon Israel rugby, an inaugural 7- a- side club championship has been created. The teams participating were Kibbutz Yizreel, ASA Tel Aviv, Technion, Raanana, Ashkelon and Hebrew University.The tournament was played in three venues- Yizreel, Tel Aviv and Ashkelon. Yizreel was victorious over the three tournaments and hence won the cup.

 

The two Kaplan brothers - Yonatan and Nimrod- are seen holding the cup.
