Full-time Administrative Assistant for the Office of the Director General at the Israel Museum
Job Description:
· Provide administrative, secretarial and logistical support in the Director’s office
· Draft letters, emails and documents in English and Hebrew
· Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
· Coordinate complex travel arrangements – including booking flights, hotels and transportation, as well as scheduling the Director’s overseas meetings
· Screen incoming calls and correspondence
· Manage and follow-up on incoming and outgoing mail
· Manage office budget as well as the Director’s travel expenses
· Assist with writing minutes
· Update database
· Full-time position with overtime
Requirements:
· High level of discretion and dependability
· Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Hebrew and English at the mother tongue level, including good writing skills in both languages
· Ability to multitask and prioritize between all tasks
· Able to work under pressure and for long hours
· Organized and precise, with attention to detail
· Excellent inter-personal relations, with ability to work as part of a team
· Service oriented
· Academic Degree – Advantage
· Resident of Jerusalem or its environs preferable
