PLEASE NOTE: You may NOT donate blood if one of the following applies to you:
*You have a fever/cough or difficulty breathing
*You feel in any way unwell
*Returned from abroad less than 28 days ago (from the day of donating blood)
*Traveled to South Africa within the past year
*Made Aliyah from South Africa less than 3 years ago
*Recovered from Corona less than 28 days ago (from the day of donating blood)
*Less than 3 months since you last donated blood
*Weight under 50kg
*If you have any concerns, please consult your GP before donating blood.*
