On-site, Monday to Thursday
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (U.S. hours).
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, and close.
Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions.
Maintain detailed pipeline and sales activity records in CRM.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Native-level English — excellent spoken and written communication skills.
1+ years of sales experience (financial services, fintech, or high-volume outbound sales preferred).
Strong phone presence and confidence handling high outbound call volumes.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving team.
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
