About the Role: As an Account Manager at ProfiSea, you will handle new sales opportunities, from negotiation to closure, while also managing and supporting existing customer needs. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales plans based on thorough market analysis and will report your activities and progress directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, understanding and supporting their needs.
- Develop strategic sales plans through detailed market analysis.
- Identify key decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
- Consistently track and report sales activities using CRM tools.
About You:
- Proven ability to close sales is essential.
- Solid experience in B2B IT product or services sales is required.
- Strategic thinker, consistent and highly organized.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Highly ambitious, driven, and a team player.
- Excellent level of English.
- Experience in account management and developing long-term relationships is a plus.
