Account Manager, Rishon Lezion (March 2024)

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Account Manager to act as the main liaison between our customers and various internal departments. This role is integral to managing the purchase order process, coordinating with sales, marketing, graphics, logistics, registration, and accounting teams, and overseeing international marketing plans to ensure timely product launches.

What you’ll do:

– Serve as the main communication channel between customers and internal departments.

– Manage the purchase order process within SAP, from receipt to readiness for export.

– Maintain constant interaction and coordination with various internal departments to relay and attain required information.

– Oversee international marketing plans aligning with product launches to guarantee timely delivery.

– Update and maintain all product information files.

– Manage and record account information including Inco terms, margins, and price lists.

– Handle the flow of invoices, both payable and receivable.

All you need is:

– Two years of experience in a similar Account Manager role.

– A Bachelor’s degree.

– Native or fluent English-speaking and writing abilities.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

– Experience working in an international company is an advantage.
