Account Manager – Tel Aviv (June 2024)

Job Description: Natasha Denona, a leading name in the beauty industry, is looking for an Account Manager to oversee and enhance relationships with strategic international retailers. This role demands a professional who can maintain long-term relationships, manage product lifecycles, and coordinate with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets.


  • Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with international retail partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison between strategic customers and internal teams.
  • Enhance sales performance through accurate forecasting and proactive management of inventory and product assortments.
  • Oversee the international marketing plans aligned with product launches to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain detailed product information and account records, including margins and pricing strategies.


  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a B2B, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of driving projects to completion.
  • Data-driven approach with outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in an international company is advantageous.
