Day-to-day responsibilities:
– Cultivate and expand relationships with key international retailers, maintaining a positive, long-term partnership.
– Act as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams.
– Enhance sales performance, ensure accurate forecasting for new products, and manage inventory and assortment effectively in collaboration with retail planning, demand planning, and supply chain teams.
– Manage the international marketing plan aligning with product launches to guarantee timely delivery.
– Keep all product information files up-to-date.
– Oversee the management and recording of account details, margins, and price lists.
Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in an account management or similar role within a B2B setting, preferably in a high-growth business.
– High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
– Well-organized, objective-driven, quick to learn, and motivated by the cosmetics industry.
– A data-driven mindset with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
– Strong capability to forge and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
– Competent in using Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Previous experience in an international company is considered an advantage.
– Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
