Administrative Assistant for Legal Department – Jerusalem (June 2024)

Job Description: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to our Legal Department during a maternity leave period. This role involves a high level of precision and organizational skills, as you will manage secretarial and administrative tasks to optimize the efficiency of our legal team. The position is based in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming emails and tasks directed to the Legal Department, ensuring efficient tracking on our internal management system.
  • Manage the archiving system by soft filing all executed legal documents, including summarizing and entering meta details.
  • Ensure all legal documents receive the necessary approvals from executive management before processing signatures.
  • Handle the processing of signatures using an internal signing application and monitor all contracts until fully executed.
  • Support lawyers by coordinating complex meetings and follow up on multiple tasks until they are addressed by a legal representative.
