Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the ongoing operations and improvements of AI agents in the company.
Write and refine prompts for AI agents across product sales and support use cases.
Monitor agent conversations and conduct QA to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice.
Identify and diagnose behavioral and technical patterns; suggest and implement prompt or logic improvements.
Collaborate with sales, support, and product leads to align agent performance with business goals.
Work with our partners to analyze and improve agent performance.
Develop and maintain prompt libraries and documentation for internal use.
Stay up to date on the latest in LLM capabilities, prompt engineering practices, and conversational AI trends.
Requirements:
Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and structured thinker—experience with data platforms and KPIs is a plus.
Ability to think logically and structure conversations with clarity and intention.
Highly diligent with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive and ownership-driven with a strong “can-do” attitude.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated excellence in previous internships, projects, or roles (tech, writing, customer experience, or similar).
Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
Bonus: Experience working with LLMs (like GPT-4), prompt tools, or conversation design platforms.
