Responsibilities:
Host onboarding group calls, webinars and presentations with Fiverr’s customers.
Facilitate 1o1 meetings with customers showing the potential of growth.
Educate our newest customers with best practices to utilize business opportunities and product functionalities.
Update training materials, following up on product updates and releases.
Serve as a point of contact for valued customers in the first steps of becoming sellers on Fiverr.
Requirements:
1-year experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
Fluent spoken and written English is a must!
Other spoken languages are a plus.
Great presentation and public speaking skills.
