BDR (Outbound Sales Development), Tel Aviv (March 2024)

Join Atera’s Sales Team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in our fast-paced, SaaS-based, high-tech company in Tel Aviv. We’re in search of a highly motivated and target-oriented individual who is full of energy, curious, and creative. As a vital component of our Sales team, the BDR plays a crucial role in the success of Atera by owning the top of the sales funnel – pipeline creation. Being often the first point of contact for our customers, it’s essential that you make a great first impression, qualify our leads effectively, and determine the appropriate next steps.

 

Responsibilities:

– Embrace and embody the mission, vision, and values of Atera.

– Collaborate with the sales team to identify accounts that fit our ideal customer profile.

– Generate new business pipeline through diligent outbound prospecting activities.

– Identify key decision-makers within key accounts, determine buying readiness and timelines.

– Maintain sales data in CRM Software to aid in sales reports, pipeline, forecasts, etc.

– Work Monday to Friday, with availability during US business hours.

Requirements:

– Native level of English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

– Minimum of 1+ years of sales or related business development experience, preferably in SaaS.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

– Driven by both individual and team success.

– Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time.
