Part time. The Bookkeeper will play a key support role in the company’s financial operations, assisting in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate recording and processing of supplier invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts to the general ledger
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Requirements:
- Type 2 bookkeeping certificate – must
- Proven experience as an accounts payable Bookkeeper
- 1-2 years of experience from a global company – advantage
- Proficiency with SAP B1- must
- System-oriented & strong Excel and Office skills
- Strong attention to details and able to work independently, multitasking, great human skills and a team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
