Bookkeeper, (February 2025)

Part time. The Bookkeeper will play a key support role in the company’s financial operations, assisting in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate recording and processing of supplier invoices
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts to the general ledger
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards

 

Requirements:

  • Type 2 bookkeeping certificate – must
  • Proven experience as an accounts payable Bookkeeper
  • 1-2 years of experience from a global company – advantage
  • Proficiency with SAP B1- must
  • System-oriented & strong Excel and Office skills
  • Strong attention to details and able to work independently, multitasking, great human skills and a team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
