Bookkeeper, Ra’anana (May 2023)  

Small company: 20 people

Scope of the position: Part time – 4 hours a day / 20 hours per week

Flexible working hours and hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly closing process, including accruals and prepaid expenses
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, vendors, invoices, and intercompany balances
  • Report to local authorities (Tax deduction, VAT)
  • Produce other various miscellaneous reports, duties, and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in bookkeeping (working in high-tech or product companies is a significant advantage)
  • Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2+
  • Knowledge in PRIORITY – must
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written – a must
  • Experience working with foreign currency
  • Excellent excel skills
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
