Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze performance and customer activity to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead global projects aimed at bridging the gap between current operations and desired outcomes.
- Design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) excellence practices and streamline cross-functional processes.
- Define enablement tools and processes to enhance GTM team productivity, including requirements for Salesforce and other dashboards.
- Serve as a representative of the business unit in cross-functional roadmaps and significant projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, operations, sales operations, program management, or consulting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize between conflicting needs.
- Data-oriented with a strong analytical skill set, capable of extracting insights from data.
- Experience in developing business cases, financial analyses, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in CRM Salesforce is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Ability to respond flexibly in dynamic situations and maintain execution under pressure.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
