Responsibilities:
- Carry out a meta-analysis for different departments and various company needs
- Optimize conversion funnels based on statistical models and in-depth analysis
- Deliver and promote actionable insights to stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with members of the Marketing, Business, and Product teams to elevate real-time business outcomes
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to enhance the website’s user experience significantly.
- Utilize BI tools to generate valuable data
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interfaces (business & technology)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience in querying large, complex data sets
- Experience with BI/Data Visualization Tools (Tableau – a big advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
- Sheer curiosity to unearth the hidden secrets within vast datasets
- Experience at a leading internet company – an advantage
- Knowledge of A/B testing and hypothesis testing – an advantage
- Experience using Python / R for statistical analysis – an advantage
- University degree – preferably B.Sc., graduated magna cum laude with outstanding grades or performance /a high psychometric score (or equivalent)
