Scope of position and background info:

Remote/Hybrid, Full-time

 

Responsibilities:

Researching and identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across tech and B2B sectors.

Reaching out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other creative channels.

Booking discovery meetings for our sales and consulting team.

Managing and nurturing outbound sequences using HubSpot and sales enablement tools.

Working closely with marketing to align messaging and refine outreach strategy.

Tracking performance and continuously optimizing outreach efforts.

 

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a sales or BDR/SDR role (preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or agency services).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

A hunter mentality—self-driven, persistent, and eager to exceed targets.

Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound tools (like Apollo, Outreach, or similar).

Curiosity about sales tech, operations, and how growing companies work.

Bonus: experience working at or selling to RevOps teams, agencies, or startups.
