Business Development Representative – Outbound, Tel Aviv (April 2025)

Full time. In this role, you will focus on identifying and proactively reaching out to potential clients, initiating quality conversations, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists through market research and data analysis.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify business needs and pain points of prospects to tailor company solutions effectively.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Track outreach efforts and manage data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and drive lead generation.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an BDR or SDR role (Outbound focus preferred) at a SaaS company – must!
  • High proficiency in English, both verbal and written (native-level fluency preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, HubSpot, Sales Navigator or similar.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive approach with a strong ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Experience in B2B client interactions – advantage.
  • Experience in the industries we serve – a strong advantage.
