Full time. In this role, you will focus on identifying and proactively reaching out to potential clients, initiating quality conversations, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists through market research and data analysis.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify business needs and pain points of prospects to tailor company solutions effectively.
- Schedule high-quality meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
- Track outreach efforts and manage data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and drive lead generation.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an BDR or SDR role (Outbound focus preferred) at a SaaS company – must!
- High proficiency in English, both verbal and written (native-level fluency preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, HubSpot, Sales Navigator or similar.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive approach with a strong ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Experience in B2B client interactions – advantage.
- Experience in the industries we serve – a strong advantage.
