Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, setting up, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms focusing on measurable performance (Performance Marketing).
The role includes managing advertising budgets, performance analysis, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement of campaign metrics to achieve optimal acquisition goals and return on investment.
Requirements:
Proven experience: At least three years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms – required.
Relevant background: Experience in B2B companies offering SaaS solutions – required.
Platform expertise: In-depth experience in setting up and managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
Analytics: Full proficiency in campaign performance analysis, dashboard creation, KPI analysis, and drawing actionable conclusions for performance improvement.
Technical skills:
Experience in pixel implementation and tracking code management.
Experience in building monitoring systems and advanced measurement tools.
Ability to create A/B testing strategies and optimize landing pages and ad messaging.
Content platforms: Experience with Outbrain/Taboola and other ad networks.
Marketing Automation:
Knowledge of the Intercom platform – a significant advantage.
In-depth understanding of customer journey creation and email flow management.
Experience in managing automated campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Performance skills:
Ability to plan and manage conversion-based and performance-driven campaigns.
Knowledge in building retargeting strategies and optimizing ROAS.
Understanding of pricing and media buying models in advertising.
Personal Skills:
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
