Responsibilities:
Community Management:
Lead a team of community moderators to ensure a welcoming, responsive and engaging experience for members.
Plan and oversee in-house and external community activities to drive engagement and retention.
Manage community platforms, such as Discord, implementing and optimizing bots to improve functionality and streamline processes.
Content Creation and Distribution:
Develop and share compelling short-form content (posts, announcements) across social media and community platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Regularly update community resources, including welcome guides, onboarding documents and FAQs to reflect the latest developments.
Partnership Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with web3 projects, such as game nights, tournaments and events that drive engagement and add value to the company’s community.
Maintain ongoing communication with partners, stakeholders and key community members to strengthen relationships and maximize collaboration.
Analytics and Trend Monitoring:
Track community and market trends, monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.
Use data and feedback to continually assess and optimize community engagement strategies and ensure the company is following best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in community management, ideally in a web3 or gaming environment.
Proficiency with community management platforms (e.g., Discord) and experience with bot management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse groups.
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
