Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Identify and assess growth opportunities.
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Support strategic planning process.
Competitive Intelligence:
Develop and maintain a robust understanding of market dynamics and competitor strategies.
Produce executive-level competitive insights and reports to inform business decisions.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to validate market positioning and competitive differentiation.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
Support M&A activities including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
Build business cases and financial models to assess potential transactions.
Collaborate with legal, finance, HR, and business leaders throughout deal execution and integration.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in corporate development in a high-tech company, strategy consulting or investment banking. Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in valuation techniques and financial modelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work across functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
