Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of the data models that maintain customer activity and product usage data.
Design new data models, prediction models and KPIs and work closely with the BI dev team to implement them.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
Deliver and present actionable insights to support business performance.
Develop strong partnerships with CS leaders to achieve business objectives and become their trusted data advisor.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst in a tech company.
Experience working with complex data sets and multiple sources of data, as well as understanding the data pipeline from the raw level to the business layers.
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent Excel and SQL abilities.
BA/BSc in a quantitative field.
Analytical mind with exceptional attention to details.
Experience as a Product Analyst or Customer Success Analyst – Huge advantage
Experience in working in a SaaS and B2B company – Huge advantage
