Scope of position and background info:
Daytime shifts only, Sunday to Thursday, no night shifts.
Hybrid position- working 3 days a week from the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality written support to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging.
Use logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
Identify and escalate urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations.
Share ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent English – both written and spoken, is a must.
Clear, kind, and concise communication skills.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a service-first attitude.
A team-oriented spirit and a desire to learn and grow
