Customer Service Representative, Haifa (March 2024)

Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with export and import clients and agencies abroad.
  • Handling and familiarity with various import and export logistics fields.
  • Working on a variety of information systems in a dynamic and global environment.

Requirements:

  • A first degree is mandatory.
  • Previous service provision experience is mandatory.
  • High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Service-oriented and systems-oriented.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 07:30-17:00; alternating Fridays (one work from home day per week).

Location: MATAM Park, Haifa.
