Customer Service Representative, Haifa (December 2024)

Scope of position and background info:

Full Time, Sun – Thurs, 7.30-16.00

One day a week remotely, alternate Fridays

 

Responsibilities:

Daily communication with customers, exporters, importers and agencies abroad.

Care and familiarization with a variety of fields of import, export and logistics.

Work on a variety of information systems in a dynamic and global environment.

 

Requirements:

Academic education – Bachelor’s degree required.

English at a very good level (speaking, writing and reading).

Responsible and the ability to deal with multiple tasks.

Previous experience in phone / face-to-face customer service is mandatory.

Ability to work in a team.

Competent in a computerized environment.

The position is suitable for both women and men.
