Customer Service Representative, Jerusalem (August 2024)

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will partner with Ophir Photonics Sales team to manage and support its Subsidiaries and Distribution network. In this role, you will report to the Ophir Director of Sales.

  • Order processing, updating lead-times and Order confirmation.
  • Evaluating End User Statements
  • On going communication with distributors and end customers.
  • Updating lead-times after weekly meeting.
  • Operation of support systems like E2Open and CONTRAXX

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a service role.
  • Computer skills: Office, Outlook, Excel, ERP system (Ex SAP / Oracle)
  • Capable to communicate in English.
  • Team player, open minded and active
