Responsibilities:
- Customer service support. Includes Repair & Recalibration Order processing, updating lead-times and Order confirmations.
- Manage the entire service process
- Coordination with Operation Repair & Recalibration team
- On going communication with distributors and end customers.
- Coordination with logistic team for shipment of ready orders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a service role.
- Computer skills: Office, Outlook, Excel, ERP system (Ex SAP / Oracle)
- Capable to communicate in English.
- Team player, open minded and active.
- Motivated, organized and efficient individual.
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment
