Responsibilities:

  • Customer service support. Includes Repair & Recalibration Order processing, updating lead-times and Order confirmations.
  • Manage the entire service process
  • Coordination with Operation Repair & Recalibration team
  • On going communication with distributors and end customers.
  • Coordination with logistic team for shipment of ready orders.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a service role.
  • Computer skills: Office, Outlook, Excel, ERP system (Ex SAP / Oracle)
  • Capable to communicate in English.
  • Team player, open minded and active.
  • Motivated, organized and efficient individual.
  • Willing to work in a dynamic environment
