David Shield is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide 24/7 customer care for expats through various channels including incoming calls, emails, and chats. The role involves handling medical claims, coordinating with global medical providers, and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Providing customer care 24/7 for expats through incoming calls, emails, chats, etc.

– Handling medical claims.

– Coordinating with global medical providers.

– Maintaining high service satisfaction.

Requirements:

– Availability to work a minimum of 4 shifts a week, including at least 1 shift over the weekend.

– Fluent in both English and Hebrew.

– Customer care oriented.

– Decent computer skills.

– Self-motivated.

– Teamwork skills.
