Customer Success Manager, Remote (July 2024)

Job Description:, a rapidly growing tech company and leader in location intelligence, is searching for a talented Customer Success Manager to join their team!’s platform provides businesses with valuable insights on foot traffic and demographics around any location in the US. They’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused CSM to manage a portfolio of clients in either the Civic Organization or Commercial Real Estate sectors.

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing success and upselling opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is incorporated into product development
  • Analyze customer data and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver presentations and effectively communicate’s value proposition


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of customer success experience in a SaaS startup environment
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse set of clients and exceeding expectations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Civic Organizations or Commercial Real Estate a plus
