Customer success Manager, Tel Aviv (February 2025)

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for content creators, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing account management.
* Conduct kickoff calls, regular status check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and strategic account planning sessions.
* Maintain and update account documentation, track performance metrics, and manage customer references.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RND, and Operations to align customer needs with business goals.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and maximize engagement.

Requirements:

* 2 – 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
* Advanced English proficiency is required; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.) are a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze customer data and drive insights.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
* Experience with HubSpot and web-based technologies is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of integrity, work ethic, and a results-driven mindset.
