Matrix is on the search for a Customer Support representative to join our team in Ceasaria. This role is critical for those who are adept in providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in technical support, particularly within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of regulatory knowledge, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to the team.

Responsibilities:

– Delivering high-quality support to customers, addressing their technical and regulatory inquiries.

– Navigating medical device products’ regulations requirements, such as HIPPA and complaint handling.

– Utilizing industry-standard applications (MS Office, Remote Support Tools, OS, Sales Force) to manage and resolve customer issues.

– Communicating effectively with clients in English, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and provide clear, understandable solutions.

– Analyzing and troubleshooting issues with a strong analytical mindset.

– Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail, even under pressure.

Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience as a customer support representative or technical support representative.

– Familiarity with medical device products regulations and requirements.

– A background in technical education, job experience, or a combination of both.

– Proficiency in industry-standard applications (MS Office, Remote Support Tools, OS, Sales Force).

– Strong client-facing and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

– Highly analytical and capable of reasoning to effectively troubleshoot issues.

– Exceptional organizational skills, with an emphasis on multitasking and working under pressure.
