Digital Community Manager, Tel Aviv (February 2024)

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content tailored to specific target
  • Foster meaningful interactions within the digital community,
  • execute strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Analyze and report performance metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team and across department teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English  (mother tongue- South African nationality)
  • Proven success in influencing or digital campaigns, demonstrated through a portfolio of past work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Independent Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment with measurable impact.

Advantages:

  • Experience in graphic design or content creation.
  • Background in psychology, communications, or community management.
  • Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or community management.
  • A first degree in a related field: communication, digital communication, or international communication, psychology
  • IDF experience, as an officer or digital marketing or similar role
