Responsibilities:
Owning the production, organization and maintenance of high-quality technical and product support documentation, including how-to guides, troubleshooting and technical playbooks.
Collaborating with key teams (Product, Developers, Operations) to update documentation based on product releases.
Partnering with Go-To-Market teams to create and store new process documentation in the knowledge base.
Analyzing written and recorded content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
Monitoring and optimizing the usage of the Knowledge Base, Oracle (internal GPT tool) and other support tools, adjusting based on feedback.
Managing the Fullpath Knowledge Council including triage and delegation of creation of team specific support material and documentation.
Reviewing and editing team documentation for consistency and providing training on standards and tools.
Integrating GPT into knowledge systems, tools and processes and overseeing GPT-related projects.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
Mother tongue English.
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software like Zendesk, Confluence or similar.
Experience working with Product Development teams.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and XML.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to simplify complex processes and technical content and translate them for multiple audiences.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
The top candidate will also have:
Experience in working with engineers and developers.
KCS Certification.
Experience with ChatGPT (related to documentation and knowledge capture).
