Job Description:

Helen Doron Headquarters, a leading provider of English language learning programs, seeks a passionate and experienced English Pedagogic Coordinator for our Misgav headquarters. If you have a talent for developing engaging learning materials and a strong desire to lead a talented team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and innovative English language learning materials for the Helen Doron curriculum.
  • Review and update existing company materials to ensure continued effectiveness.
  • Manage and oversee various pedagogical projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and content creators.
  • Contribute to achieving the department’s annual goals and objectives.
  • Teach a limited number of English classes per week at a local Helen Doron English Learning Centre.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Helen Doron English teacher (preferred) or successful completion of a 5-day intensive training program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • C1 level or higher proficiency in English according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
  • Native or near-native fluency in English.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
