Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings
- Handling phone calls
- Purchasing office supplies and food
- Welcoming and managing interns
- Maintaining the appearance of the office
- Greeting guests
- Ordering food for guests
Work Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM
One day a week until 5 PM
While a high level of proficiency in English is essential for this role, we also require candidates to have knowledge of Hebrew.
