Mobileye is seeking an ambitious and proactive Executive Assistant to join our DI Department. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting departmental efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of the team.


  • Manage the DI Department manager’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting requests.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and efficient logistics.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing and inventory management.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate facilities management needs (room allocation, repairs, etc.)
  • Organize departmental events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Assist in coordinating employee celebrations and special events.
  • Manage subcontractor onboarding and data management.
  • Support the execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate important information to team members via email.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, collaborating with staff to achieve optimal results.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Proficiency in using Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Skilled meeting and appointment management.
  • Proactive approach and strong drive for productivity.
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible hours as needed.
