Scope of position and background info:

Full-Time, Hybrid

 

Responsibilities:

Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination.

Provide administrative support to executive management.

Coordinate and schedule meetings.

Organize business trips and international visits.

Monitor and filter mail and emails.

Support company events, including external visits, management, and board meetings.

Follow up on action items to ensure completion.

 

Requirements:

2-4 years of relevant administrative assistance experience.

Fluent English.

Detail oriented.

Highly committed and hard worker.

Customer oriented.

Academic degree is a plus.
