Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO, Herzliya (May 2024)

Background: Innovation: Africa (iA) is a non-profit dedicated to delivering Israeli technologies to African villages. With over 1000 solar and water projects completed in the last 15 years, iA has impacted over 5.2 million people across various African nations.

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation of the office and support of executive tasks.


  • Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO’s scheduling needs including appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Communication Facilitator: Serve as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties, managing communications and correspondence.
  • Document Management: Prepare and manage documents for meetings and reports, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Project Oversight: Handle specific projects as directed by the CEO.
  • Meeting and Presentation Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings and presentations, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • International Travel Coordination: Manage logistical aspects of international travel for the CEO.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies and address any related issues to ensure smooth operations.


  • Preferably a native English speaker.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across global teams.
  • High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
