FP&A Analyst, Or Yehuda (May 2024)

About the Role

MyHeritage is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll support our Finance department with various tasks, including planning and budgeting processes, quarterly and yearly reporting, and providing forecasts and variance analysis. The role is very broad — you will get exposure to all finance-related aspects of the company and will have the opportunity to build procedures, controls, and reports.


  • Managing the AR reconciliation process
  • Participating in the preparation of a detailed annual budget
  • Ongoing tracking of budget vs. actual in-depth analysis
  • Working closely with the relevant managers to develop budget monitoring tools and reports
  • Taking ownership of the PO system and being a focal point for all aspects related to it
  • Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
  • Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
  • Participating in a variety of tasks and ad hoc projects as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Accounting (CPA is an advantage)
  • Previous experience working in the finance department — big advantage
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
  • High level of English, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
