Pantry Packers, the food distribution arm of Colel Chabad—the oldest continuously operating network of social services in Israel, established in 1788—is seeking a Grant Writer. This full-time position is based in our Jerusalem office in Talpiot with a hybrid working option.
Responsibilities:
- Write grant applications, proposals, and reports and prepare supporting documents according to funder guidelines.
- Manage relationships with grant funders and maintain updates in CRM.
- Handle communications with funders to provide additional information and updates.
- Track submissions and due dates, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in grant writing, specifically within the non-profit sector.
- Native English speaker; basic Hebrew is an advantage.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with North American Jewish Federations, foundations, and grant opportunities.
- Proven research skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
